Sharing Watchlists

Watchlists in Pesql become far more powerful when shared across your organisation. They allow analysts, associates and partners to view the same pipeline, track the same signals and work from a single source of truth. This guide walks you through the simple steps to share and collaborate on watchlists.

1. Create your watchlist

Start by adding companies to a new or existing watchlist. You can create one directly from the Discovery Feed or from any company profile. Give it a clear name that reflects its purpose—such as “AI Infrastructure Opportunities” or “ANZ Seed Pipeline.”

2. Navigate to your watchlist page

Open the sidebar and select the watchlist you want to share. This page gives you the full view: score movements, tags, notes and any active automations attached to it.

3. Share the watchlist with your organisation

At the top-right, select the sharing option. You can make the watchlist visible to your entire organisation or specific individuals, depending on your workflow. Once shared, teammates will immediately see the companies you’ve added and the context you’ve attached.

4. Collaborate in real time

Shared watchlists support fully collaborative workflows. Team members can add notes, adjust tags, upload context, refine filters and contribute new companies. Any changes appear instantly for everyone, turning the watchlist into a live, evolving pipeline that reflects your collective thinking.

Shared watchlists are especially useful for partner meetings, deal triage sessions and ongoing sourcing workflows—ensuring your team stays aligned and informed across cycles.
